Eliza-Sophie Sekrève (The Hague, 2001) recently graduated from the University of the Arts Utrecht with her long term project ‘Sometimes I am fourteen’. In this intimate work she follows her 14-year-old brother Lawrence in his journey of growing up.
Eliza-Sophie comes from a close family where family ties, trust and being there for each other are very important values that have shaped the way she views the world.
As a photographer and filmmaker she focuses on intimacy, connection and
closeness. She creates photos and videos with a documentary character.
